Section A : An Overview to Managing Candidate and Classes.
Log onto www.ics-skills.net using your ECDL Co-ordinator ID then follow the steps below.

Step 2: Create classes or groups |

Create a top-level class by clicking 'Create New Class' (1) e.g. 2009 Winter.
Choose the version of Office under the 'Packages' tab (2). |

Step 3: Assign candidates to classes |
|
|
Choose a class (1) then click on 'Candidates'.
The 'Assign' tab (2) displays a list of Candidates.
Select Candidates (3) for this class then click 'Assign Candidates' (4). |

Step 4: Enrol candidate for E-Learning (optional) |
|
|
On the 'E-Learning' tab (1) choose the candidates (2) who can access e-learning.
Click the 'Enrol Candidates for Training' button (3) to submit to the LMS. |

Step 5: Enrol candidate for Testing |
|
|
On the ‘Test’ tab (1) allocate diagnostic and certification tests to candidates (2).
Auto-enrol (3) uses available virtual skills cards to enrolcandidates. Uncheck auto-enrol to use a physical skills card.
Click the ‘Enrol Candidates’ button (4) when finished. |
