in the industry it must be equally available throughout
the industry. For this reason certification is
available to candidates as part of an Accredited
SKILLSCERT organisation or on an individual basis.
While the procedures vary slightly, the outcome
is the same.

ICS SKILLS encourage organisations to initiate a pilot group as an introduction to the SKILLSCERT process with no commitment attached. ICS SKILLS will manage the pilot phase, providing services such as: |

days training which includes presentations and
personal tutoring |

Configuring up the complete software
set-up in terms of candidates, managers and internal
verifiers |

Become accredited as an
Individual
The SKILLSCERT process for individuals, outside of
any organisation, remains the same. The method may
vary slightly in the validation procedures, where
there is no manager available to confirm assessments.
In this instance, ICS SKILLS have set up an internal
procedure to ensure that assessments receive the same
careful and expert review as where an individual belongs
to an organisation.
