You will then receive an email with an ECDL Test Centre Accreditation Form and a representative will contact you by telephone.

Should you decide to proceed, an ICS SKILLS auditor will visit your organisation to assess your application. You will be invoiced €375 for this accreditation assessment.

Should the auditor find that any deficiencies that prevent certification, these will be set out in writing. On rectifying any deficiencies, ECDL accreditation can be granted.

Before your organisation receives final ECDL accreditation, your management must sign a standard ICS SKILLS Test Centre Contract, and a minimum of two of the Test Centre staff must be trained to administer the ECDL modular tests. This Training will take a half day and cost €100 per tester.

Once the ECDL accreditation has been granted, your organisation will receive an official ECDL Accreditation certificate for display. Also, nominated personnel at your organisation will be given access to the QTB (Question Test Base), which must be stored securely.

All accredited Test Centres have the right to set ECDL module tests as often as they require. The exam fees charged to the ECDL candidates are determined by the individual Test Centre.

The ECDL Test Centre accreditation process takes approximately 8 weeks.
